We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered and to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display colours and product imagery as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.


SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PAYMENT We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per billing or shipping address. In the event we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND TAXES All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are not included unless otherwise stated and may be charged separately depending on your shipping destination.

Buyers outside of Ireland are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges incurred upon arrival of the order.


SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are outlined at checkout. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit. All orders are shipped with tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.


SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Due to the nature of our one-of-a-kind and handcrafted pieces, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and certificates included. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
