Every IRIS DE L’EAU creation is treated with care. Below you will find our delivery information and returns policy, tailored to the nature of our one-of-a-kind pieces.
SHIPPING
We offer international shipping from our atelier in Greece to most destinations worldwide.
Orders that are in stock are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days from our atelier. Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs processing or courier delays.
For made-to-order, customised, or repaired pieces, timelines vary. We will contact you after your purchase to confirm an estimated dispatch window and ensure you are informed throughout the process.
All deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to accept the parcel. If delivery is missed, our courier will attempt to deliver two additional times.
Once signed for, the shipment becomes your responsibility.
SHIPPING COSTS & DUTIES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and value.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
IRIS DE L’EAU does not cover these additional costs.
PACKAGING & PRESENTATION
Each piece is presented in our signature velvet jewellery box, carefully protected and packaged for safe delivery.
Should you require gift packaging or a personalised note, please contact us prior to shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the singular nature of our creations, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
If your piece arrives in less than perfect condition, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing contact@irisdeleau.com. Please include: – Your full name and order number
We will respond within 48 hours and provide return instructions where appropriate. To be eligible for a return: – The item must be unworn, in original condition
As our pieces are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer exchanges as a standard policy. However, if you would like to enquire about the possibility of exchanging your piece for a different item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. All such requests will be considered individually and at our sole discretion.
RETURN SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or our error.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier. IRIS DE L’EAU is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If accepted, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping costs and any duties paid by us will be deducted from the total.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of acceptance.
EXCEPTIONS
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for: – Customised pieces (e.g. resized, engraved, or made-to- order) – Pieces created in collaboration with the client – Items purchased through third-party retailers
